Continue your Yoga practice inside at Paddle Zen
If you enjoyed Paddle Yoga on the water this summer, then continue to join us as we move our Yoga practice inside. These classes will keep you in practice and building for our next season of Paddle Yoga on the water. Classes are 60 - 75 minutes in length and are donation based. Cash and credit/debit cards are accepted. You will need to bring your own mat. Classes start November 5th.

Wednesday: 8:45am Saturday: 8:45am Sunday: 8:45am and 10:30am
As promised, additional days/times for yoga beginning Monday, December 5!
Monday: 6:30am and 6:00pm Wednesday: 6:30am and 6:00pm

Paddle Yoga brought to you by Black Swan Yoga & Paddle Zen. We have taken the best of both worlds and created Paddle Yoga. Classes are 75 minutes in length. Suggested Donation of $25-$35, cash or credit/debit card accepted.

Paddle Fitness Classes

Paddle Fit classes are designed to provide core strengthening and endurance while incorporating paddling drills, resistance training, and other basic exercises. The classes are both challenging and fun, allowing for excellent strength training while interacting with the water. The classes are 60 minutes and led by a certified Paddle Fit instructor.
Classes are regularly $25. You can purchase a series of 6 classes in advance for $120 and SAVE $30. All equipment is provided and class size is limited so reservations are required. You can reserve your spot by calling 512-462-0732.
